is this printer capable of duplex printing or not? what does duplex printing mean manually? either yes or no; duplex printing (automatic) is clearly specified here... also has ADF

yes I can guess what duplex printing means manually... but it is not what most people think of as duplex printing...
should not be so specified

Hello, duplex printing manual means - sheets must be manually put back into the feed tray.... By the way, this is also a printer from HP and is only distributed by Samsung.... Greetings
