It is not clear to me from the product description whether this is a retail licence, i.e. one that can be installed on a new device if a device is defective (device change), or an OEM licence, which is tied to a device and can only be installed once. I would be happy to receive an answer from Digitic, who in my view should also take responsibility for this.
