It says that Max OSX from 10.10 is only supported with Adobe Postscript 3:

My questions:
1. does this mean that Mac OS (i.e. from version 10.12 onwards, since then it is no longer OSX) is also supported without AP3? Or does this simply apply to all Mac OS(X) versions 10.10?
2. See Accessories Does this mean that AP3 is included or that I have to buy it additionally? I did not find the AP3 under "Suitable accessories".

The name OS or OSX is irrelevant as far as I know. simply from 10.10 only with Adobe Postscript 3. 
AP3 is unfortunately not included. This software must be purchased separately, directly from Adobe. 
At least that's how it was for me at the time.
