It's so unbelievable that this setup is actually the only one that u can have 6 gear and R as well, the others has 6gear and R as well but in ETS u can not set other setups with 6 gear and R because they all have only 5 gear and the R that should work 6th gear as well but it doesn't.

This is a limitation in the game itself. In most H-shift patterns, ETS2 does not recognise reverse gear as a fully-fledged sixth gear, but as a special gear. This is why many setups can only be configured as "5 + R", even if the gear lever would actually support "6 + R". Only the profile you are using is correctly stored in the game, which is why it is the only one that works completely.
