Question about Dell UltraSharp 27 U2725QE

Last week I received one with Rev A00 and a production date of June 2025. Of course, this monitor also whistles very annoyingly, except when the brightness is set to over 80%. So there is no new rev or batch yet and unfortunately I will have to switch to another model. Does Digitec simply resell the defective returns as used or what is the situation with such a serious defect?

I was able to do a search and would recommend reporting a fault in such cases. Such a coil beeping is apparently known at Dell, but they state that it should be "within specifications". However, if it is loud and annoying, I recommend reporting a fault and sending it in. That way it can be checked after being sent in and an appropriate solution put together. Regarding the question of resales, our processes are basically as follows: We check the product and send it in if it is defective, of course. We then check it again and decide whether it will be resold as "reconditioned". We state the technical condition of used suppliers. Example:
- Very good: Fully functional. Some light scratches or signs of wear.
- 100% original parts
