In the meantime, I'm also pretty annoyed. Digitec, you usually do such a great job and can sometimes deliver when other (larger) distis in Switzerland cannot. But here you fail completely! I ordered the HomePod mini from you in mid-December at a special price and have now been put off several times. In the meantime, it says "expected in early July". Wouldn't it be time to bite the bullet (how appropriate for an Apple product) and procure the HomePods from abroad for the "early orderers" and supply a compatible USB-C power supply? That would be real customer service for once!

Why don't you write to customer service directly to get a refund or other compensation? No one forbids you to cancel the order and order elsewhere. With laptops and graphics cards, for example, it's normal to have to wait several months...
