Question about Beats BeatsX
my beats turn off on their own, can then no longer be adjusted (white flashing). when they then run again after 5 - 7 resets, they turn off again between 1 and 10 minutes. Battery is charged... Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Ditto here. Already the third exchange, or I am now on the third pair of headphones in warranty. Quality is different. Bought in 2019 and now the third defect.
I'm hoping that this time I'll get one that doesn't have this design flaw.
A well-known problem with a somewhat "older" series of BeatsX.
I also have BeatsX from this "old" series (but not bought from Galaxus / Digitec) and have had to exchange them 3 times.
I then bought the BeatsX for my junior at Galaxus, they are used a lot and still work perfectly.
The Galaxus BeatsX series was newer, packed completely differently and still work wonderfully.
