My camera occasionally flickers and this is unpleasant for other meeting participants.  Attempts with another camera are going without these problems. Is this due to the camera?

I have no problems. Another camera kept switching back and forth between in focus and out of focus with the autofocus. Aukey webcam doesn't have autofocus as far as I know. Try using a different wall as a background. I always had problems with the tinted glass cabinet in the background.
