Have you switched to pairing mode?

Switch off the headphones, press the "On" button until the headphones start up, keep it pressed until it beeps again and flashes blue. Then the device should be visible to your smartphone. Then you can pair the headphones via your mobile phone.

I assume that you have already tried this.
