No w-lan connection for a few days now. Message "limited connection" But in fact no connection... Tried going back to factory settings etc. Without success Does anyone have similar problems?
Hi adriano,
please make sure you have the latest software version.
If you activate both the Wi-Fi function and the Bluetooth function on the player, you may experience slower data transfer rates or other problems.
Wi-Fi devices operate on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Different devices use these bands. Wi-Fi devices use technology to minimise radio interference from other devices using the same band. However, radio interference can have the following effects.
Slower data transfer rates.
Smaller communication range.
Communication errors.
Communication may be interrupted depending on the signal conditions.
The WLAN antenna is integrated into the player. If you cover the aerial with your hands or other objects, the Wi-Fi connection may deteriorate.

Hello Adriano,
No, I haven't had any similar problems. However, I am extremely disappointed by this purchase. I've always had Sony mp3 players because of their sound quality and practicality, but this one is a disaster. The device connects to my google account and sends me reminders that are saved in my diary when I don't need them. It's very slow to start up and sometimes it can't read the auxiliary memory card, so I have to restart it. It offers all sorts of things that I find totally useless and it has completely lost the ease of use that I loved so much with its predecessors. Not to mention the price, which is really excessive! It's so distressing to see people always wanting to do more with technology when we already had some very good products and all we had to do was keep doing them well. This world is getting really tiresome. Let's get back to simplicity and efficiency!
Courage to you for your problem.
Sincerely
@adriano.tomasino
Please check whether the latest version is installed on the device or reset the wifi router.
