Not as expected... I ordered one and wanted to record fireworks because I make videos for youtube. I bought an extra Sc4 cable so I can connect it to my iPhone 12 but the microphone sounds too loud with all the fireworks... with YouTuber with the same microphone is not the case have the microphone already set to -10Db and did not go only when I directed it to me so that the sound did not come directly to it it but it still does not sound really good... please help New Year's Eve is already soon Here is a video where it did not work at all https://youtube.com/shorts/7TV4TVPIn0M?feature=share And here with -10Db setting with microphone facing me https://youtu.be/BKP7Xg-sKEM Still doesn't sound really good, I haven't tried with -0Db yet, it could well be that it sounds too high again... Please help

The microphone is good. But if you expect your iPhone to give good sound with it, the main question is which recording software you are using and whether it can work well with the microphone via the adapter. I advise you to always record sound with a suitable recording device. The internal iPhone microphones are usually better than a connected microphone with an adapter. Some apps may work better than others. Specifically Rode Rec Le is well tunable to this mic.
