Now it's happened to me, I ordered the keyboard in DE layout by mistake. Is it not possible to emphasise this more or even to provide the products with a warning? After all, this is a Swiss shop and most customers need a Swiss layout.

The same thing happened to me. The photo in the shop showed a CH keyboard. But the article number was De!
I also received a DE keyboard although I think I ordered a CH keyboard. TG
