now that 3-4 weeks stands, is it possible that this can arrive sooner, or are the 3-4 weeks absolute?

Digitec wrote to me yesterday that they can't say when it will arrive, because Digitec's supplier hasn't received a delivery date yet. The fact that there is now a date is actually a good sign. But I don't think it will be less than 3 weeks. But I like to be surprised. :D
