Question about Bose Home Speaker 500
OK - now for the techie question: This Bose Home Speaker 500 (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Airplay 2) : I would like to add it to my current Home system which is Google Home. I achieve the home system by hanging a Google Chromecast from one of the USB ports on my TV. Connected to the TV by optical cable are two Devialet speakers (unbelievable quality!). Currently I have a JBL Link20 which is no problem to add as a "mobile speaker" in my setup, but it is about to die. Will I be able to add the Bose to replace the JBL? As a side question: I WOULD have liked to have a speaker that is truly chargable and mobile as was the JBL Link20. It seems that nobody is making this a possibility :( - any tips from audio fans out there?

However, the Bose Homespeaker is not rechargeable and therefore not mobile. I am generally not satisfied with the Homespeaker. There are always disconnections with the voice assistant. Alexa in my case. Bose blames it on amazon and they blame it on Bose. I wouldn't have thought that of Bose! However, take a look at the manufacturer Teufel. They also make quite good speakers.
