On 7.5.2019, there was apparently an update that deleted the preset settings. I have not yet been able to restore the settings via the UNDOK app. Is there an alternative to UNDOK, which has never fully convinced me anyway?
Hello Varimax,
We tried this out this afternoon in response to your question and the favourites management via UNDOK worked without any problems.
This morning, the performance was in the basement and the entire functions were a disaster (see statement below). In the meantime, most of the functions actually work quite well again and the problems have largely been solved.
Could you possibly try again?
We chose UNDOK as a partner in order to offer the customer an open system for the Multiroom application. Hence the UNDOK app. Of course, this is also being further developed and I hope that it will soon work to your satisfaction.
Here is our statement on this subject:
As many of you may have noticed, we are currently experiencing significant disruptions to our internet radios, which are severely limiting the user experience with our radios.
We apologise for this situation and assure you that we are already working flat out to resolve and optimise it.
Unfortunately, our partner, Frontier Smart LTD, was forced to change the database provider at very short notice in order to prevent a complete failure of the Internet radio function.
As a result of this change, unfortunately, your previous favourites lists can no longer be used and you will have to create them again on the basis of the new database.
The new database is automatically synchronised with your radio - which unfortunately currently leads to massive performance losses.
This has developed in a very narrow time window - unfortunately, we as the hardware provider were also only informed of the events on 7 May.
We understand that you are upset by the situation and the associated restrictions. Therefore, we are doing everything we can to restore the usual user experience with our internet radios for you as quickly as possible.
Regards
Andy from Hama
