Once again, everything freezes on the display and no button works. How do I do a hard reset? It can't be that I have to drain the battery by switching on the torch and plugging in the headphones in the cupboard... Thanks for an answer.

I have been using the device for 2.5 years and have never had it freeze. I haven't found a hard reset option either, only a factory reset...
But that sounds more like a warranty case to me.
