Question about Jabra Evolve2 65
One of the headsets in our office (we currently have 4 of them in use) keeps malfunctioning. Without any signs, there is only a very loud hissing / rattling noise. I have not been able to reproduce it so far and I have no idea what triggers it. Does anyone have a tip for me?
Is it possible that you have an old Skyp client and want to make calls with teams? Then there is such a loud noise / rattling. After about 20 seconds, the Skype client hangs up again, even though you have not made a call with Skype. The only thing that helps is to update the Skype client or close the Skype client when you are on the phone with Teams.
