One of the two batteries that come with the helmet has just failed. I'm looking for a replacement but can't find one. Is there another model compatible with this helmet?

sorry my frech ain't that good. I assume you are looking for a replacement battery? those can be bought on the steelseries website: https://steelseries.com/gaming-acc... - but this headset is quite new, the warranty should cover the broken battery?
