Question, how did you connect it? My cables are different from the instructions, nothing about micro usb or usbc, I have a fixed usb cable (not removable) and an additional usb cable, where the second head is a round plug for in the usb hub.

As the previous speaker described, the second cable is responsible for the power supply. So far, I only use the data cable because it is sufficient for smaller USB devices.

The former provides the USB connection to the PC, the latter is for the power supply; I connected it to a USB power supply unit.
