QUESTION: What differences in the thousands of USB cables do I need to consider for the screen to work? I have noticed that the screen does not work with all USB-C cables. Currently, I can only use the "thick" USB-C to USB-C cable supplied to connect my notebook. And only in a 1-to-1 connection. I cannot operate the screen via the DIGITEC 8 port hub (https://www.digitec.ch/de/order/178735680).

Also check that the USB-C port on your Digitec hub supports video. Next to the USB-C connector, there should be a small screen icon.
For my part, I had quite a bit of trouble finding the hub of my dreams. The choice was limited (last year) and I came across the i-tec thunderbolt 4 hub (Tb4dualdockpd) and everything works great.

The most powerful USB-C cables to date are capable of transmitting data at 40 Gb/s and a power supply of over 100W, which is needed to run your devices. So, no worries with these cables.
But maybe you don't need that kind of performance. Often USB 3.2, 20 Gb/s and 100W are enough.
Make sure that your PMT-15 monitor receives power and data. Do you power your PC directly or do you connect your PC's power adapter to the digitec hub?
