The SD card, a newer type, worked in the reader. But only with USB 2 speed. And that is also how the LogiLink is wired. I'll mention another problem again: USB 3 ports only have USB 2 speed. No idea why. Tried to find and install the latest drivers. Did not work. Tested everything again on a new PC. Same result. So the device is scrap for me. Wanted to send it back to Digitec. Didn't work. But they gave me a credit note. So the only thing left to do is dispose of an unused item. A bit annoying. Tip: I mounted an external USB 3 universal card reader on the desk. Convenient and works.

Yes, that is a bit strange. But according to the specification, this is not supported.
Card reader: Supports M2, MS, SD, microSD, XD and CF cards.
