Response time is listed as 30ms - is that accurate or the minimum? Some other retailers list 5ms in line with the competition and 30ms as the minimum.

Monitor runs at 60HZ or 16ms +/-. I don't play games on it so I've never really noticed anything. Video plays pack smoothly at 25fps, faster than that I don not know.
