Since the new update, I keep getting a strange sound that sounds like a notification tone. It comes again and again without a certain time interval.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own experience with these headphones. Therefore, the question has been forwarded to our community so that other users can respond. If this is supposed to be a defect, you are welcome to register the warranty in the customer account.
