Since the radio is supplied with 5V DC and ~1W in mains operation, it should also be possible to operate it with a power bank, right? Does anyone know which USB cable would be suitable for this?

Power is supplied via a 4mm hollow plug (no USB connection) or via 4 (rechargeable) AAA cells which then have to be removed for charging. A hollow plug to USB adapter cable would probably also work if the diameter is right!

So... I'm looking for a cable with the round plug for the radio and a USB-A plug at the other end. 😅

it does not have a USB port. Connect the mains adapter supplied or insert four batteries. You can find detailed information on our website.
