Smart TV? Can I install apps such as Netflix, Prime etc. directly? Can I operate it via Apple TV, especially the volume?

It is a normal monitor without Smart TV function. Apps don't work and the built-in speaker isn't the best either. I haven't tried an Apple TV on it yet, but it's a bit too small for watching films.
