So I need another part to attach the bracket to my bike handlebars. Or is the mount included? If not, what else would I need to attach the mobile to a normal bike handlebar?

Yes, you still need a Handle Bar Mount or Universal Bike Mount or Micro Bike Mount.

Please note: The "Sp Connect Mirror Mount" also suggested only fits if you want to attach your holder to the mirror (it is actually intended for motorbikes and not for bicycles).

Yes, you also need the
" Sp Connect Mirror Mount " for this. This is mounted on the handlebars and the plate you already have is then clipped onto it.
