Somehow the keyboard has been acting up for about 1 month (bought 3 years ago). I have Win 10 Pro installed. Sometimes the keyboard doesn't work, as if it was in "sleep", but the touchpad responds without any problems. Then clicking with the touchpad doesn't work and you have to use the keys. The dongle is 1.5 metres as the crow flies (visible) from the keyboard, so that can't be it. Batteries have also been replaced. Have you also had problems like this?

This is strange, does the keyboard also behave in this way on other PCs? A new Windows update may have caused complications with the driver. Alternatively, please contact our customer service:
