Sonos 5 is simply a nightmare - constantly you get a message about playback will be stopped.... I don't know what it means but it's getting on my nerves! 550ch you pay for a device that constantly fails !!!! Idem story with the Play 3 which I have in my 2nd flat - SOnos just flies out with us!!!! A shitty product!

Hello Kchavat - this sounds like an internet bandwidth problem. Call the Sonos service, they always find a solution....0800-566-782
the question i ask myself is why i spent over 1000 CHF for 2 speakers that don't work, or only work when it suits Sonos!
