Surface Dock 2 Compatibility? Does the combination work for anyone with the screen? I have this screen with Thunderbolt connector. Now I have bought the Surface Dock 2 with USB Type C. Somehow it doesn't quite work. The screen is recognised by Windows. The picture and audio are not transferred. The Thunderbolt cable supplied with the screen is used. Does anyone have this combination working? I'm troubleshooting and not sure if it's the cable, the dock, the screen. Or if the dock is not compatible with the screen. Thanks in advance!
