Thank you for your answer but what I don't understand is that if I take the work helmet (same brand) it works very well. It is for this reason that I thought that there was a setting to be made which is already done on the work headset but not on this one. I use Skype business.

The difference between home and work is that at work you may have a computer specialist who has done the setup work for you. And yes, they don't just plug and unplug cables or reboot a computer...
