The 2nd screen is connected to the Dell DA200 adapter with an HDMI cable. The PC Lenovo Yoga 720-13IKBR is connected to the DA200 via 3.1 USB-C. Problem the 2nd screen remains black. What to do to fix the error? Our PC support cannot get it to work.

i also had this problem and had to return two products.
I managed quite easily with this one: "Kensington SD1500 USB-C™ Mobile Docking Station".

The Dell USB-C DA200 adapter only supports the 3.0 standard. This limits the data volume. At most, use the HDMI, LAN and USB 3.0 port with a mouse. It also lacks an additional power connection for the use of other storage media.
