Question about BenQ SW270C

The calibration of my 270C always fails. The picture is much too cool after calibration. Not like the pre-calibrated colour profile (sRgb) which is very pleasant. I connected my Asus Zenbook Pro UX 550 with HDMI. For testing also once with USB-C, without success. The Spyder Pro 5 performs the calibration. As a test, I did a software calibration once, which is almost 1:1 with the pre-calibrated colour profile (sRGB). I have already tried the following: - Performed various settings in the Palette Master Element - Reset Windows (clean install) - Replaced the HDMI cable - Uninstalled Spyder Pro 5 software Does anyone have the same problem?

With Palette Master Element, the monitor must be connected to USB-C. The Spyder Pro 5 connected to the USB port of the SW270C.
The current version of PME 1.3.8 has bugs. For example, with an AdobeRGB and presumably also sRGB, the colours are displayed correctly in Photoshop, but too saturated in the RAW filter and also in LightRoom's RAW view. Only the "Panel Native" calibration works in all programs. It is to be hoped that BenQ will soon revise the PME software so that the 16-bit monitors of the SW series are properly supported.

I would still try the sRGB calibration with PME again: https://www.youtube.com/watch
