I got an answer today.

I was told that the price is now 78.80 CHF and that 22 CHF will be deducted due to the circumstances. Then we would be at 56.60 CHF, which even exceeds the 49 CHF promotional price.

You simply have to realise that there has been a blunder here. Digitec should have read through Microsoft's conditions of participation before offering such promotions.

What happens now because of the CHF 22.00 cashback?

I am very disappointed, as I had assumed that I would be able to benefit from the cashback campaign. Otherwise, the product will go back to Digitec.

If the CashBack cannot be redeemed, please contact our customer service. The exact procedure regarding this situation has been forwarded to our customer service staff.

I also received a reply from Microsoft today saying that the conditions for the promotion were not met because of the purchase price and that no cashback would be granted. A major blunder on Digitec's part. What happens next? Will I also get a Digitec voucher (2x Fr. 22.00)?
