Question about Logitech MX Keys

The CH version here says wireless connection, the German version says wireless and cable. I would like to have a CH version with cable. On the Logitech page it only says wireless for both. Does the CH version also work with a cable?

Helpful answer

It has a USB C port for charging the battery. I tried it briefly: Connect cable to PC, remove USB receiver from PC, switch keyboard off and on -> keyboard was not recognised and did not work. I think it only works wirelessly.
