The different setting options are not accessible in the OSD. I can't activate the Ambiglow either, it stays OFF. Have other users experienced this problem?

For me, the OSD works correctly as well as the Pixelrefresh option (a request comes in every two hours).

Everything works for me, except I can't set the pixelrefresh option to on, or it always does the pixelrefresh straight away and then the option is off again.
