The download code does not arrive immediately! It actually takes up to 24 hours. Support was no help either. If you want it faster and easier, go to another supplier, where the licence key arrives immediately by email ;-).

The download code doesn't arrive immediately - I don't know this problem from other suppliers.
At least I placed an online software order - otherwise I could have ordered a CD-ROM straight away.
I will probably order this type of product from other suppliers in future.
