I agree with my colleague below. I am very dissatisfied with the 7005 printer. Mine prints black correctly, but the colours are not good quality. It is also very difficult or impossible to connect to the WLAN. If it does work, it is offline again after a short time. The HP software is "below par". I have already had to send the printer back twice for repair. That was my last HP printer!

I have no idea; everything has been working perfectly for years. You should contact HP. The print head may be clogged.
