The information on the packaging and in the description is not the same as in the specifications. What interests me first and foremost is the payload, because my screen is a little over 10 kg. Which is correct?

I only have a light monitor (3.5) kilos hanging on it, but the arm seems extremely solid and stable. In the enclosed operating instructions, it is stated in the specs at the back: "Maximum monitor weight: 15 kg/33 lbs". So a little over 10 kg should go easily.
