The monitor is 3 years old since release and is advertised at CHF 180. The prices have to come down and above all all monitors are overpriced.

Of course, we cannot speak for all monitors and all suppliers, but with this device here the margin is very modest due to the purchase and the market price in Switzerland is not very volatile.
