According to an English internet forum, this is apparently due to the microphone, which you can switch off. It is located at the bottom of the screen behind the Samsung logo and has a mechanical switch that can be moved. Try it that way, you just lose the smart functions that are controlled by the microphone.

Update the firmware and see if this solves the problem. Otherwise, consider a return/exchange. I never had this problem with my copy.
