The situation is no better on 08.01.2021. The expected delivery in the order view goes down and down to "probably the day after tomorrow" -> "probably tomorrow" -> "probably today". A transmission tracking, no approximate time of delivery and also no message. In the afternoon, the delivery time silently and secretly updates to "in stock at the supplier, approx. in 5 - 7 days". But the product itself (outside the order) now says 20.01. - 27.01. which corresponds to 12 - 19 days. And of course, this time span has been shifting continuously since I placed my order in mid-December. But what surprises me the most is that for a product that has not been available (reliably?) for months, a discount campaign is being run. Why ? For parcels of this size, the delivery process MUST be more transparent and reliable!
