The specified height setting is 130 mm and the dimensions are: Product with stand (max. height): 1,194 x 568 x 303 mm Product without stand (in mm): 1,194 x 369 x 156 mm that means you can't push it all the way down? Merci!

That's correct. with monitor at its lowest height, there is an approx 5cm gap between the bottom of the monitor and the desk which the stand is on.
