The voice of the established connection is very loud. How can I turn it down? The right red "R" in the base must be placed on the left; I have to turn the headset to wear them. How come?

There are 3 buttons on the right earphone: volume up, volume down, sound off.
Headphones must be placed in the base in such a way that the contacts on the left-hand headphones
the charging pins in the base. You then have to press and move a little until the green charging indicator light appears. This is a bit tedious. Otherwise the headphones are OK and they have a fibre optic connection for modern televisions.
