Question about Xiaomi X20 Max

There are thresholds in my apartment since it's an older, cozy Swiss apartment. The thresholds are about 2-3 cm high. I've seen comments stating that the device can handle thresholds up to 2 cm, but what about higher ones? Does anyone use rubber door threshold ramps? I've seen a lot for sale and people recommend them, but has anyone tested them with the X20? I'd be grateful for your help. Thanks in advance!"

Helpful answer

I don't own any ramps myself, but my brother does and it works perfectly there. We both have the Xiaomi x20 max.
It's best to use ramps that have been developed for robot hoovers. However, it may be that the room doors can no longer be closed with the ramps (depending on the design).

I have thresholds up to 4cm in my flat. Unfortunately, the rubber ramps did not work for me. Now I've build my own one, which have a less steep inclination.
The robot is definitely not capable of climbing more than 2cm (I would say 1.8cm - 1.9cm is the limit).
