I have a MacBook Pro Max on it.
Incl. 2 external HDs and a Samsung 49" Curved...
It runs perfectly and charging the Mac is also no problem...

Update: IT SEEMS THAT IS NOT A TB4! Following the answer of Schachtler, I have bought this. Connected to laptop's TB4 port (laptop Lenovo new generation, 3 months old) -> Nothing works, as if the dock is not TB4: No ethernet LAN, no external USB devices (SSD HDD), no signal to DP monitor, no signal to HDMI monitor, and the laptop (140W) complains that the power is lower than it requires! I wonder where is the problem!
