This camera has the EF-S mount and is intended for APS-C. Would it be possible to use this lens on a full frame camera with an attachment?

Helpful answer
You can do this, but it is not recommended. The APS-C lens is specially designed and built for the smaller APS-C camera sensors. That is why such lenses are cheaper.
On a full-frame camera, however, the APS-C lens cannot completely illuminate the image sensor and you have black borders towards the edge of the image. So the image is smaller than it could be and the expensive full-frame camera is a bit useless.
It would be no problem to use a full-frame lens on an APS-C camera.

No, this is not possible. Canon mechanically prevents the use of EF-S lenses on the full-frame cameras.
