Question about tolino vision 6
This is the second time I have received a device that has a library from Germany as the default library. Hugendubel. However, I had the original Tolino from the orell Füessli shop and now I can't create a library link. When creating the library link, I am always told that an internal error has occurred and that I should try again later or contact customer service. Who can help me?

This sounds like a known problem with Tolino devices if they come with a standard German library (e.g. Hugendubel). Normally you should be able to select the partner bookshop (in your case Orell Füssli) when setting up the device. If this does not work and an internal error is constantly displayed, it is often due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete firmware version
- a device that has not been properly reset
- or because the device is bound to a different partner shop by default.
Possible solutions:
- Reset the device (factory settings) and restart the setup. Check whether you can then select Orell Füssli.
- Install a firmware update if a newer version is available.
- If the error persists: only Orell Füssli/Tolino customer service can change the partner library correctly.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to avoid contacting customer service in this case, as you will not be able to permanently rectify this yourself.
