This is the second time I have returned the printer for service. Unfortunately, despite registering the service case, I have not received a return label or an address for the return. The e-mail says I should also visit the website, which will automatically take me to the return label, but unfortunately there isn't one. The help centre is also unavailable. A very poor service :-(.
