Unfortunately, I keep having disconnections. Connected via USB C. New cable didn't help much either. What else could be the problem?

My monitor actually came with a defective USB cable, which caused interruptions even when touched lightly. A new cable at least solved this problem.

In general, it works best for me if I start the notebook first and then connect the monitor via USB-C. If the monitor is already connected when starting up, I have already had the strangest effects.

If the budget allows, I recommend buying a good docking station.

Hello, don't skimp on the USB cable, there are some differences. Here I can think of 3 possibilities. Check the manufacturer's website for firmware updates. Bios update on the notebook you are connecting and activate optional Windows updates to find drivers recognised by the operating system. Hope that helps you.
