Unfortunately, neither the description nor the detailed manual states whether the following functions are available: - Printing a retrieved e-mail (POPs) - Scan-to-Mail to various, easily selectable addresses (SMTPs) - Scan-to-Share to different, easily selectable shares (SMB) Thank you for any helpful hints in this regard ;-)
Your questions have nothing to do with the printer.
- Printing a retrieved e-mail (POPs) ---> this works with any printer.
- Scan-to-Mail ---> also works if the MAil client supports it (but not web-based solutions).
- Scan-to-Share ---> works with Windows shared folders.

You can also find a description of the functions at https://ij.manual.canon/ij.... I am very satisfied with the printer, the ink does not need to be refilled all the time. The print is clean and appealing, not much difference to a laser, prints fast. However, do not use the functions you are looking for.
